Led by Dr. Patrick Hammett, QETools provides on-site process improvement consulting and coaching. Through his teaching efforts at the University of Michigan and his external consulting activities, Dr. Hammett has led numerous process improvement projects as well as coached and mentored thousands of students. Dr. Hammett’s core philosophy in his onsite coaching approach is help companies create their own sustainable program by efficiently turning over responsibility to individual companies. Dr. Hammett annually trains a cadre of Black Belts to become Master Black Belts and future trainers.
Dr. Hammett also has access to a network of other outstanding faculty and leading industry consultants in various specialties and is happy to help companies find the right resource to meet their area of need.
